- A blacklight revealed trace amounts of semen on the carpet.
- Ballbusting Bob did not wash his hands after going to the bathroom, then proceeded to eat a turkey hoagie.
- Wo-Man discovered a hidden camera behind the mirror on the ceiling.
And now for the RC activity.
There will be a pretty major structural change to the IFL rosters starting in the 2008 season. Here are the major bullet points:
- There will be no more Injured Reserve. If a player is on your roster, he is either considered Active (starting) or Reserve (benched).
- The IFL Draft will be 16 rounds this year, and rosters will stay at 16 for the duration of the season. There will be no expansion at the roster deadline.
This IR reform was necessitated by the NFL's controversial decision to change the manner in which teams report injuries in the days leading up to the game. See this post for the details.
If you recall, it wreaked havoc with our IR last year, creating such ambiguity that even the brilliant minds of the IFL RC could not come up with a perfect solution. Therefore, it has been decided that the best solution to avoid controversy and having to dance around these ridiculous new NFL injury labels, was to eliminate IR altogether.
Yes, you could be screwed if 3 of your guys Did Not Practice and you have another 4 on a bye week. Such is life in fantasy football.
The Rules Committee meets next at the Borgata, Room 4016, in Atlantic City on June 14.
